About Us: We are a leading project management consultancy based in Mumbai, specializing in commercial construction projects. We are currently managing a 5-story commercial construction project with interior fit-out jobs and are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all civil engineering aspects of the project, including boundary wall, side road, and entrance area work.
• Conduct site investigations and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Develop and review project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to the project management team.
• Identify and resolve any emerging issues or deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant legal, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage project budgets and resources efficiently.
• Mentor and supervise junior engineers and site staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• 7 to 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong focus on commercial and residential construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards.
• Proficiency in design and visualization software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar.
• Strong project management and supervision skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
