Job Summary:
The HR cum Admin Staff will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the company’s human resources and administrative operations. This individual will be responsible for implementing and maintaining HR systems and procedures, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and providing administrative support to the management team.

Key Responsibilities:
HR Management:

  • Recruitment and selection of staff, including drafting job descriptions, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Managing employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and performance reviews.
  • Handling employee relations, addressing grievances, and resolving conflicts.
  • Implementing and managing employee training and development programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.

Admin Management:

  • Coordinating office administration tasks, such as office supplies, maintenance, and facilities management.
  • Managing the company’s ISO certification process, working closely with the ISO consultant to ensure compliance with all requirements.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.
  • Developing and implementing administrative procedures and policies.
  • Providing administrative support to the management team as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduate in Human Resources with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in using computers and office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with ISO certification processes is a plus.

Salary: INR 30,000 per month
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9.30 AM to 6.30 PM
